He has taught at a variety of ALI-CLE (formally ALI_ABA) courses of study on real estate and product distribution and has for nearly fifteen years been sharing his knowledge and experience with the legal community by presenting the Real World Document Drafting® courses of study. He has appeared on various ALI-CLE, ABA, state and local bar association and industry related CLE programs. His extensive writings on real estate, bankruptcy, defaults, and workouts have been published regularly in legal journals and trade publications. The Full Day Course
The full day comprehensive skills course is usually presented as a one day 7 credit course with one-half hour of ethics included. It may also be presented in other formats including a series of two hour presentations. MCLE approval has been available in every jurisdiction.
